How far in advance should I place a custom order?

We recommend placing your order 10–14 days in advance, especially for large groups or special dietary requests, as some ingredients may require additional time to prepare or source.

Special note for Monday & Tuesday orders:Orders for Monday or Tuesday delivery must be placed by Thursday of the previous week.

Q1. Is there a customization fee?

Yes. Custom menus require additional planning and preparation; a customization fee $50 may apply. We’ll always inform you upfront before finalizing your order.
